“Last year, we built a few igloos for the Bastille Festival, but this time, Sydney will experience the full Raclette Igloo experience, complete with fire pits and a magical winter wonderland vibe, on a rooftop with skyline city views and it's going to be magical" exclaimed Vincent Hernandez, Festival Director.
Straight from the rugged terrain of the French Alpine regions, Raclette arrives in Sydney, inviting guests to savour the authentic flavours of this beloved cheese-based winter dish. Renowned as the best-selling cheese in France, Raclette embodies the essence of comfort and indulgence, particularly cherished during the colder months.
