Beer Republic’s himono selection

The intense umami flavour of himono, fish that has been salted and dried in the traditional Japanese way, pairs perfectly when the fish is grilled and enjoyed on skewers with any of the 70 or more beers available at Beer Republic, Holiday Inn Bangkok.

Beer Republic’s himono selection includes red snapper with spicy or teriyaki sauce, grouper with salted egg mayonnaise or spicy mango salad, and squid with Thai dipping seafood sauce.

Himono is being served from 1 July to 31 August 2024, priced from THB 200++ per skewer.
