With the King's Birthday long weekend almost here, Booking.com has put together a list of regal inspired stays for last minute winter travel this long weekend. Booking.com’s recent search data* revealed thaAussies are heading to Europe over the next few months, with London, Paris and Rome taking out the top three spots.

Despite these international destinations boasting grand and lavish accommodations fit for a King or Queen, for those travellers who aren’t venturing overseas, Australia has plenty of magnificent stays to experience some winter pampering. Booking.com has put together the following regal inspired stays for last minute options this holiday weekend.

Located in Tenterfield, Stannum House is in the historical district. The historic House offers private rooms featuring antique furnishings and a marble fireplace.
