Omakase, which translates as a meal of dishes selected by the chef, ensures that the five-course menu he offers uses only the freshest seasonal ingredients, while also giving guests the opportunity to learn about local produce and dishes. 

An exclusive culinary journey showcasing a 5-course surprise menu lead by Executive Chef Dean with house-grown fresh ingredients as well as premium produce sourced from neighbouring islands. 

Indulge in modern global cuisine through an immersive multi-sensory dining experience in Ubud's latest dining destinations The Tempayan restaurant, influenced by the designs of Balinese style pavilions, wantilan, that are the gathering place at the heart of a village. Expect a one-on-one interaction with Chef Dean as he personally guides and presents each dish to his guests.

The experience also includes a guided tour of Chef Dean’s passion project, the resort’s expansive organic garden. The cost is IDR 750,000 ++ per person.
