Heart Reef turns 40!

Back in February of 1975, Air Whitsunday pilot John Ramsden departed Palm Bay, located on Long Island in the Whitsundays for another tour to the Great Barrier Reef. 

John did not know that today would be the day he discovered one of the worlds most famous icon's... the Heart Reef!

This year we celebrate the 40th birthday of the Heart Reef!
