China Ranks in Top 20 in the World for Tourism

China
A recent report released by the World Economic Forum shows that China has risen to 17th in the world for tourism competitiveness.

The report ranks 141 countries on their potential to general economic and social benefits, and China is among the top tier thanks to its incredible cultural resources and natural resources (for which the report stated the country ranks third in World Heritage natural sites).

China has also seen rapid growth of international tourists in recent years, based on several factors including business visitation, new and expanded airports, and new hotels. China is focused on improving its infrastructure, natural environments, and digital tourism sources, but is making excellent strides and improvements.

Spain was #1 in the world.
