Top 10 Best Food and Wine Destinations in Asia

Thai cuisine is is enjoyed not only in Thailand, but in countries around the world. Bangkok has been voted the top Asian food destination by readers of the travel website Tripadvisor. The results of its  "2011 Traveler's Choice Food and Wine Destinations" awards have just been realeased, with Bangkok being voted No. 1 destination in Asia, and Koh Samui No 10.

This is the list of Asian winners.

1. Bangkok, Thailand
Bangkok is a food heaven; a sensational culinary journey and taste experience that is unrivalled and guaranteed to delight your taste buds. Thailand is renowned for its famous Thai cuisine with its blend of spicy, sour, sweet and salty, smorgasbord of flavours. Eating options are limitless, night or day.
