Beginning on 15 May, Myanma Railways will operate the new No 3 Up and No 4 Down DEMU services between Yangon and Mandalay.

The trains will depart both Yangon and Mandalay at 6:00 am each day and arrive at their final destinations at approximately 4:00 pm, offering a comfortable daytime journey through some of Myanmar's most important cities and regions.

The introduction of the additional service comes in direct response to increasing passenger demand and aims to provide greater flexibility for both domestic and international travellers exploring the country.
