The Women of Winter roadshow made a memorable stop in Jindabyne recently, with a successful Networking Night that brought together more than 80 women from across Australia’s snow industry. Hosted by Snow Australia, the evening buzzed with energy as professionals from ski schools, patrol, tourism, retail, events, and resort operations gathered to share stories, build connections, and spark new ideas.
Building Careers in the Cold
The heart of the night was an engaging panel discussion featuring women who’ve carved out dynamic careers across the alpine sector. Their honest reflections on navigating the industry, overcoming challenges, and creating space for others inspired both seasoned professionals and newcomers alike. The Women of Winter series continues with its next event at Mount Hotham on 10 August.
