This one-night luxury experience in the Wine Suite Maisonette includes aperitifs of Domaine Mie Ikeno wines served at varying temperatures, a gourmet dinner at OTTO SETTE featuring a vertical tasting of rare vintages from Domaine Mie Ikeno and BEAU PAYSAGE, and a digestif of deeply aged wine. The celebration culminates with the debut of the "Yatsugatake Wine Festa 2025," running from November 1 to 3, 2025. This landmark event will feature tastings of more than 200 Yamanashi wines, complemented by food pairings prepared by local chefs. Guests can take part in lively activities such as a wine barrel rolling race and a wine glass carrying race, while enjoying regional specialties like "Wine Houtou," Yamanashi’s iconic noodle soup, served in a giant pot. The festival will also host the "Yamanashi Nouveau Release Ceremony" at midnight on November 3rd, marking the official release of the new season’s wines, with an opportunity to meet winery staff and purchase bottles.
