This solution is expressed through three important keywords:
  • “Online”: Support visitors, tour operators, and tour guides to order tickets online through “Vietnam Travel” app;
  • "Connecting": Supports different tourist attractions in linkage to sell tickets inter-line, visitors can buy tickets once at one location and use at many locations.
“Multimodality”: Visitors can use one of 3 different methods to use e-tickets: Electronic tickets printed at the counter; Tickets integrated on "Vietnam Travel app; Tickets integrated on Viet Card - Smart travel card.
