The Sip and Sushi classes are limited to a small group and are personally led by Japanese-cuisine trained Rydges Sydney Harbour Executive Chef Taichi Ito, who brings with him years of crafted skills and knowledge in Japanese and fusion cuisine.
During the class, guests are treated to a unique Saké tasting and a delectable selection of canapés before spending time honing their knife skills and learn how the historic craft to create the perfect sushi. After the tuition, guests can indulge in the incredible Sydney Harbour view and a sensational sushi lunch.
