Taste East Devon food festival

Taste East Devon food festival
  • 9 to 24th September 2023
The annual Taste East Devon food festival is a 16-day focus on culinary producers, chefs and restaurants across East Devon.

Devon is a county in southwest England offering sandy beaches, fossil cliffs, medieval towns and moorland national parks.

The South West Coast Path follows the coastline, taking in the towering cliffs of the northern Exmoor Coast and rock formations on the fossilrich southern Jurassic Coast.

The so-called English Riviera takes in harbour towns including Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. AllWays Traveller to East Devon https://www.allwaystraveller.com/cont inents/europe/a-tantalising-taste-ofeast-devon

Founder members of Taste East Devon include the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty; River Cottage; THE PIG-at Combe; Darts Farm; Mazzard Farm; Otter Brewery; Deer Park Country House; the Donkey Sanctuary; the Jack in the Green and Lympstone Manor.

The region’s internally known chefs Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Michael Caines will be playing a full part in the festival, which provides an opportunity for visitors to East Devon to enjoy a wide range of food, drink and hospitality events.

These include wine and beer tastings, sociable feasting evenings and fine dining experiences.
