LE DÎNER EN BLANC SYDNEY MOVES EVENT DATE TO MAY

Following several weeks of storms and heavy flooding and after a thorough inspection of the event site revealed the ground's water saturation level would not support the event’s necessary infrastructure, the team behind Le Dîner En Blanc Sydney have made the difficult decision to postpone the event, originally slated to take place this Saturday 26 March.

The 9th edition of Sydney’s chicest celebration of food, friends and fine wine will now take place on Saturday 14 May 2022, at a secret location.

Already purchased tickets and pre-purchased items on the event’s e-store will automatically be transferred to the new event date.

Antoine Bessis, host of Le Dîner en Blanc in Sydney, said “The decision to postpone was not taken lightly, and has been made in order to respect the integrity of our well-loved event and paramount, the guest experience.

“We hope Sydneysiders will join us on the May 14 for a truly magical night. We’ve got some massive surprises in store too, so the wait will certainly be worth it,” said Bessis.

An elegant and exclusive affair, Le Dîner en Blanc has become THE social gathering of the year for Sydneysiders. The COVID-safe outdoor dining event transports guests into another world, offering guests the opportunity to meet new people or reunite with long-time friends while dressed up in white at a dinner à la Française.

Each year, Le Dîner en Blanc Sydney is staged in a new secret location, past events have been staged at iconic locations such as Bondi Beach, Centennial Parklands, and the Sydney Opera House forecourt.

At Le Dîner en Blanc, both the conversation and champagne flow and the celebrations seem endless.
