１） SASEBO Hamburger/佐世保漢堡
Sasebo burger is the name of Nagasaki gourmet！When you go on a trip to Nagasaki, you should try it.
Sasebo was prospered as a base for the former Japanese Navy.After World War Ⅱ, the U.S.
Navy base was set up in Sasebo and brought about various American cultures.
Sasebo Burger is one of them and The history of "Sasebo Burger" began around 1950 when we started listening to recipes directly from the US Navy.
Sasebo is called the "land of hamburgers".
說到長崎的美食，那就一定要聊聊佐世保漢堡了！來佐世保旅行的話，一定想要品嘗的吧。
作為曾經的日本海軍基地而繁榮起來的佐世保，第二次世界大戰結束後，由於美國海軍基地設置在佐世保，帶來了各式各樣的美國文化。
其中佐世保漢堡的誕生，就是在昭和25年（1950年）從美國海軍基地傳出來的菜譜開始流傳開來的。
佐世保也因此被稱為【漢堡的發源地】。

２）Lemon Steak/檸檬牛排
A steak that is brought to the table with a sizzling sound on a hot iron plate.
Sasebo's "lemon steak" is different from the American steak. It’s a steak that suits the taste of Japanese people!
There are plenty of thinly sliced beef that is easy to eat on the plate.
Furthermore, the sauce that is indispensable for this steak is a soy sauce-based, refreshing taste with plenty of lemon juice.
伴隨著鐵板上發出滋滋的聲音，將這道美味佳餚送上我們的餐桌。
佐世保的【檸檬牛排】和美式厚切牛排不同，牛排的味道是符合日本人口味的，且厚度方便入口，
特別要強調的是，牛排必不可少的醬汁--日式醬油打底，淋上酸爽的檸檬汁，酸甜可口，清爽且不油膩。
檸檬果汁與牛排的搭配，真是讓人欲罷不能。

② Desserts（SASEBO）/甜點（佐世保）
Sasebo, where you can enjoy a variety of gourmet foods, has a wide range of sweets."Jumbo cream puff" is a popular dessert of the restaurant cafe "Hachi Home", which was founded in 1951.
Inside the fluffy shoe there are plenty of custard creams and roasted fruits.
Furthermore, "Gunkan cream puff" is a huge cream puff of about 2KG, and many customers have tried it until now, but only two people were able to finish it alone, why not try it?
In addition, there were many kinds of Sasebo desserts such as pancakes,
Japanese matcha, Japanese sweets, tarts and scones filled with fruits.

除了品嘗各式料理的佐世保，也可隨時發掘當地的各式美味甜點。
比如，昭和26年（1951年）開始創業的咖啡館【蜂之屋】是超級有人氣的店鋪。
鬆軟的泡芙，裡面塞滿淡黃色的奶油凍，以及超級豐富的各式當季烤水果，這是店內最有人氣的【大泡芙】；
還有重約2公斤的巨大【軍艦泡芙】，一直以來到店裡挑戰的客人眾多，能一個人吃完軍艦泡芙的也僅僅只有2位客人。

除此之外，佐世保市還有各式鬆餅，可以代表日本甜品界的抹茶，和菓子，以及超多水果的英國傳統甜品：貝克維爾蛋撻和司康餅。
