Affordable airfares to Broome, Kununurra and Exmouth
Slipping into Broome time, experiencing the magic of the Kimberley, or diving into the wonders of the World Heritage-listed Ningaloo Reef will now be more affordable for travellers, thanks to the release of 50,000 reduced flights between Perth and Broome, Kununurra and Exmouth. Virgin Australia is offering flights between Perth and Broome from $199 one-way for travel between November 2, 2020 and October 30, 2021, while flights to Kununurra are on offer from $249 one-way between March 29 and September 30, 2021, when purchased 21 days in advance. Qantas is also offering special one-way fares between Perth and Exmouth from November 20 for 12 months, priced at $149 one-way during low season (November 4 to March 27) when booked 30 days in advance, and $169 during high season (March 28 to October 30) when booked 45 days in advance. The Virgin and Qantas special fares can be booked online or through travel agents, with tickets on sale now.

The inner-city suburb of Subiaco has welcomed its first lifestyle hotel, with the opening of Vibe Hotel Subiaco on October 1. The 168-room hotel features a rooftop pool, gym, conference space, versatile guest rooms that can be transformed into three-bedroom suites, a St Marks Road Co. eatery on the ground floor, and alfresco dining at the rooftop Storehouse Restaurant and Bar.
New Kalbarri Skywalk dining event
Enjoy a dining experience like no other at one of WA's most awe-inspiring new tourism attractions with the inaugural Kalbarri Skywalk Dinner. Offering breathtaking views over Kalbarri National Park and the Murchison River Gorge, the new event at the iconic Kalbarri Skywalk in WA's Coral Coast will be held on October 31 and November 1. Australian film Rams set to showcase WA's Great Southern
WA's stunning Great Southern region will be showcased on the big screen, with the release of Rams in cinemas on October 29. An adaptation of the Icelandic film Hrútar (Rams), the film is set in Mount Barker - a small regional farming town located near Stirling Range National Park. Starring New Zealand actor Sam Neill, and Australian favourites Michael Caton, Asher Keddie and Wayne Blair, the movie tells the story of two estranged brothers, both sheep farmers, who must come together when disaster strikes and disease threatens both of their flocks.
