Let's say you bought tickets to Magic Mike and you made all these plans to meet up with your friends for the greatest girls night out ever, but one of your friends got into an argument with her boyfriend about going and he hid her keys. She was your ride and you tried to book an Uber but there’s “surge pricing" and it’s like $500 to get to the show and you don’t think your credit card has any room left on it after those amazing shoes you bought last week, what should you do? Take a breath, call us, and we’ll switch up your tickets. If that doesn’t work, we’ll give you your money back so you can pay off those shoes. But seriously, just give us a few hours’ notice and we’ll arrange an exchange or refund.
