As TEQ's Good To Go campaign continues to roll out, the message to Queenslanders is evolving. A new series of out-of-home advertisements asks Queenslanders how far they will go across the state, showcasing a range of experiences highly popular as travellers emerge from restrictions.
National exposure for Queensland also continued last week with the TODAY Show weather partnership, seeing the weather crew travel across Queensland to showcase various experiences to the country.
TEQ’s trade partnerships are also rolling out with promising early results. Campaigns are currently in market with Flight Centre, My Queensland, Discovery Parks, BIG4, Webjet and Helloworld driving immediate and peak holiday period bookings ensuring flexible conditions for travellers. Results so far have been promising with Queensland destinations taking 11 of the top 20 destinations searched nationally for Viva Holidays, as well as strong demand for Queenslanders holidaying in Queensland. With the evolving COVID-19 situation these campaigns are being closely monitored with our partners to ensure we remain on top of consumer sentiment and in-line with evolving travel restrictions.
