June 15 Samuay & Sons x Canvas

CANVAS Local Tour 2018 brings together four chefs from different regions of Thailand, including Chef Num of Samuay & Sons, to drive the local fine dining movement. On June 15th, Chef Num and Chef Riley will work the theme of FIRE through the use of smoke, spice, char and colours on the plates.
