Events forum heads to Gladstone

Events are a crucial part of Queensland's $25 billion tourism industry and for the first time in history, the state's leading tourism and events forum, DestinationQ's events conference, will head to Gladstone on 8 August.

It is a valuable opportunity for the state's events industry to collaborate, learn from experts and develop new ways to build successful and sustainable events.

The forum's theme is 'remaining relevant in the ever-changing event landscape', where delegates will hear from a range of speakers.

Tourism and events industry groups, businesses, local councils and other stakeholders are encouraged to attend.
