Lavender & Rosé Beverages at Up & Above Bar

The talented bartenders at Up & Above Bar are serving up summer treats from July to September with a selection of invigorating beverages bursting with the scents and flavours of a lush summer meadow full of flowers. The arrival of certain blooms indicates the advent of a new season and one of the most admired blossoms in Japan in the summer months is delicately scented lavender. As a tribute to the flower, the bartenders at Up & Above Bar have created a series of beverages that showcase its soft fragrance alongside the sweet floral flavours of Rosé wine.

Deeply refreshing, with the added zest of fresh fruit juices and syrups, the beverages include the L&B Champagne Cocktail with lavender syrup, berries, maple syrup, vodka, and champagne; the Violet G&T, a heady mix of Tanqueray gin, violet liqueur, lime juice, lavender syrup, and tonic water; the Lavender Rosé Royale, a sparkling combination of Rosé wine, grapefruit juice, lavender syrup, prosecco, and egg white, a Rosé Spritzer with Rosé wine, simple syrup, fresh strawberries, lemon, soda water and mint; and the Rosé Bouquet with Rosé wine, Beefeater gin, grapefruit juice, and rosemary. Two delightful non-alcohol beverages are also available: the Lavender Day Dream, a tropical mix topped with lavender foam, and the Vanilla Rose comprising homemade vanilla rose syrup, lemon juice, ginger, and soda water.

The Lavender & Rosé Beverages are available from 1 July - 30 September 2018, 7 a.m. – 1 a.m. daily at Up & Above Bar Priced from Baht 250++.
