The changes enable motorists to bypass merging traffic on Departures and Arrivals roads and directly enter the precinct via Centre Road to access the express pick-up zone, the P9 open-air and the P7 multi-storey car parks.
The new entry is designed to smooth traffic flows and ease congestion during peak periods.
New road signage will direct motorists and guide them into the correct lanes for Departures, Arrivals, pick-up zones and car parks.
