Narrandera Shire Mayor Cr Neville Kschenka said the Guide is packed with information on 30 event and function venues and assists event organisers to plan their next workshop, function, conference or sporting event.
“The Guide is a directory of Narrandera Shire event venues and is a vital planning tool for those wishing to run an event or activity in Narrandera or the villages of Binya, Barellan and Grong Grong,” Cr Kschenka said.
“Narrandera Shire has hosted the AFL JLT (Jardine Lloyd Thompson) Community Series GWS Giants vs West Coast Eagles recently and has some great events coming up including the Barellan Masters Games and Narrandera Rod Run.
“Our tourism team works hard to support such events to the area, which in turn provide a great economic and tourism boost to our Shire.”
The Narrandera Shire Venue Guide is available online and from the Council’s office at 141 East Street, Narrandera.
