The Sapphire Coast’s premium food festival is taking place next month and will deliver a market style feast of award-winning produce.
Seafood lovers can tantalise their tasebuds with Rock Oysters from five famous estuaries, Eden Mussels, Kingfish fresh from Twofold Bay, and local snapper, squid, prawns and bugs.
There will also be locally farmed pork and lamb, and wines from Rusty Fig, Rocky Hall, and Longstocking Brewery’s craft beers.
The festival celebrates the region’s best chefs and food entrepreneurs, and will take place on Sunday, 12 March 2017.
Bring a picnic rug and settle in for a lakeside feast. Dishes are capped at $8.
