Love Is in the Air at Canberra's Doma Hotels This Valentine's Day

Celebrate love this February at Doma Hotel's Canberra properties with the 'Love Notes' accommodation package and indulge in a five-course dinner at French restaurant Buvette Bistro & Wine Bar.

With a range of hotels to suit all budgets, the 'Love Notes' package is the perfect treat for a mid-week romantic getaway.

The five-star Hotel Realm is offering overnight accommodation in a suite, a decadent chocolate platter with a mini bottle of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial on arrival, rose petal turndown service and a full buffet breakfast at Buvette Bistro. Additionally, guests will receive free WiFi, parking and late checkout at noon.

To spice up the evening, Doma Hotels Executive Chef, Fabien Wagnon, has created a five-course dinner menu at Buvette Bistro to spoil your loved one.

Renowned aphrodisiacs, oysters, chocolate and champagne, feature on the menu, as do premium ingredients such as tuna, kingfish, wagyu beef and pan-friend snapper, along with fresh seasonal produce, including mango, lychees and prawns.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a complimentary glass of Piper-Heidsieck Rose Champagne, with oyster and champagne sabayon.

Guests will start with a duck liver parfait with truffle butter, poached grapes and jamon brioche, or tuna carpaccio, kingfish tartare and wasabi avocado crème. For mains, guests can treat themselves to Buvette Bistro's renowned beef sirloin, accompanied with pomme anna, morels puree and Maderia jus, or pan-fried snapper, butter-poached king prawn, fennel puree and a lime and ginger beurre blanc.

Finishing the evening with dessert, guests can indulge in a bitter chocolate fondant, pistachio and chocolate crumble with banana ice-cream or a seasonal mango and passion fruit parfait with lychees and coconut sorbet.

Dinner from 6pm to 10:30pm, $110 per guest.
