The flower street of Ho Chi Minh City 2017 will open at 19h00 on 25 January (the 28th day of the 12th lunar month), at Nguyen Hue Street to help people to welcome Tet.
According to Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, the street will close at 22h00 on 31 January (the fourth day of the first lunar month of 2017).
The street will reflect the image of a dynamic and modern city that loves peace and brings the message of peace and inspiration of local people, to determine to make breakthroughs in renovation and development.
Over the past years, the flower street during Tet has become a specific cultural characteristic of the city. This reflects the development and rising aspiration of the city, contributing to preserving and cultivating Vietnamese traditional culture and creating a tourism destination to meet the demand of entertainment of local people and tourists.
