The Gold Coast is set to welcome a major new luxury lifestyle hotel when Andaz Gold Coast opens in late 2026, marking the first Andaz property in Australia and the Pacific. Located at 16 Casino Drive in Broadbeach, Andaz Gold Coast will combine contemporary design, local culture, sophisticated dining and relaxed coastal living. The hotel will place guests close to the beach, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, The Star Gold Coast and Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
A Hotel Inspired by the Gold Coast Sun
Designed around the movement of sunlight across the Gold Coast, Andaz Gold Coast will reflect the changing atmosphere of the destination from Pacific sunrise through to golden-hour sunsets and twilight.
Australian architecture firm DBI Architects and award-winning interior design firm Hachem have created a design concept featuring warm tones, expressive materials, changing light and references to the lush Gold Coast hinterland.
The hotel will feature 202 contemporary guestrooms and suites, many designed around floor-to-ceiling windows and expansive Gold Coast views. Selected rooms will include private outdoor spaces, while suites will offer generous living areas, deep soaking bathtubs and dual vanities. The Andaz Residence Suite will provide an entertainer’s terrace and extensive indoor-outdoor living.

Nove Restaurant and Bar will reinterpret Mediterranean hospitality through a modern Australian perspective, focusing on local produce, fire-led cooking and shared dining.
Vista Lounge will provide a relaxed social setting that transitions naturally from daytime gatherings to evening drinks, while Verde Bar will focus on golden-hour cocktails and sophisticated bites.
Outside, the Andaz Pool Club will create a lively day-to-night destination with private cabanas, poolside dining and cocktails, providing another way to enjoy the Gold Coast’s famous sunshine.
