From 26 October 2026, the Singapore Airlines Group low-cost carrier will operate three weekly flights to Guiyang, opening a new gateway for Australian travellers wanting to discover one of southwest China’s emerging tourism destinations.

The airline has announced progressive increases to destinations including Hat Yai, Phuket, Clark, Kota Kinabalu, Okinawa and Tiruchirappalli.
Scoot is also introducing larger aircraft progressively on flights to Phu Quoc.
The announced frequency changes include Hat Yai increasing from 12 to 14 weekly flights, Phuket from 17 to 21, Clark from seven to 10 weekly flights from December 2026, Kota Kinabalu from 10 to 13 weekly flights from January 2027 and Okinawa from four to five weekly flights.
Tiruchirappalli will increase from 12 to 14 weekly flights from December 2026, while Phu Quoc will have daily flights with a gradual transition from Embraer E190-E2 aircraft to aircraft from the Airbus A320 family.
