Melbourne Star wins Best Attraction and Best Large Business

The Melbourne Star Observation Wheel has won both Best Attraction and Best Large Business at the inaugural Docklands Business Awards.

Commenting on the double award win, Melbourne Star Observation Wheel Head of Sales and Marketing Nicole Hill said, “Melbourne Star is excited to be recognised by Docklands Chamber of Commerce as the Best Attraction and Best Large Business in the precinct,”

“The team at Melbourne Star have built and maintained strong domestic and international visitation to the Docklands precinct, and are preparing for our two millionth visitor in the coming months.”

In a statement following the win, the Docklands Business Awards said, “The incredible Melbourne Star Observation Wheel was the very well deserved winner of both Best Attraction and Best Large Business,”

“We’re all exceedingly proud of the prosperity Melbourne Star has brought to Docklands and its development into one of our top tourist attractions. Congratulations to everyone at Melbourne Star - we look forward to celebrating your continual success.”

Presented by the Docklands Chamber of Commerce on the 15th February. Lord Mayor Sally Capp, Deputy Lord Mayor Arron Wood and Councillors Beverley Pinder and Susan Riley were in attendance.
