Melbourne Music Week (MMW) 14 to 23 November, marks the 10th anniversary of Melbourne Music Week. This nine-day celebration with a program spanning 70 events, with 300 acts across 65 venues, delves deep in to the city’s thriving, world-renowned music scene. With a reputation for re-imaging spaces for creative use, each year has a different flagship venue, such as the Argus Building in 2012, the Former Royal Women’s Hospital in 2015, and – last year – Acmi, this years festival will see a return to some of these spaces for special one off shows. Various venues across Melbourne, from 14-23 November

Ciao Yarra Valley Festival
Celebrate all things Italian in Melbourne's Yarra Valley at the two week Ciao Yarra Valley Ciao festival. Kicking the festivities off with the Festa di via Verde (Green Street Festival) on 16 November, guests will enjoy music, dance, childrens activities, classic car displays and alfresco dining at the stunning location of Healesville. The following weekend Warburton will be taken over by the two-day Italian-themed cycling race, the Giro della Donna. The race will take place on the Lilydale to Warburton bike trail, so get out your lycra and take part in the race or settle into the festivities with enough room to indulge in the tempting Italian culinary scene happening at local wineries and farms. The International Rose Garden Festival Morwell, home to the award winning ‘Serendipity Gardens’ is coming of age, expanding the program over two huge days. La Dolce Vita Festival­­­

Peninsula VineHop Festival
Info: Peninsula VineHop Festival is a multi-venue event, celebrating craft beer, cool climate wines and traditional ciders all produced on the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Think of VineHop as a winery and brewery tour on a festival scale. Including ten venues each hosting live music or DJ͛s, food trucks and bars offering a selection of beer, wine and cider tastings.Various locations throughout Mount Martha, from 16-17 November
