"Very good first experience This was our first time traveling with Travelbird and we would surely recommend it to all of our friends. Everything went very smoothly and was carried out by really friendly local Travelbird staff like e.g. Tony. However, as much appreciation I have for everyone who locally works on giving you the best travel experience, I have absolutely no appreciation or comprehension of the fact they let us travel to flooded Hoi An while this could have been avoided by rescheduling our route. We made this clear to TravelBird and they did everything they could to ensure we were moved from the flooded area. But why send people there mid tyfoon and wait it out when you can take actions to prevent this? But we'll blame this one on the headquarter staff and not on the local staff who did everything they could to meet our sometimes high demand. So thank you to those people! Kind regards!"
