Australia Zoo is thrilled to announce the birth and safe arrival of a female giraffe calf born to mum, Rosie, on August 14th. Mum Rosie as been at the zoo since 2009, she's a particularly confident and outgoing giraffe, often leading the herd.
Purpose built mountain bike tracks and trails are all around us - only short drives away. Then there is the wonderful walking tracks along our coastline, or tackle a hinterland waterfall and rockpool trail. National Parks are a great day out and there's plenty nearby.
