Gold Coast Marathon sells out for the first time in history
One of the Gold Coast's signature events has sold out for the first time ever. More than 6,500 runners will compete in the 40th Gold Coast Marathon's 42km race later this month.
There are still tickets available for other events across the weekend. Last year's event delivered a $25 million boost to the state's economy, with 24,902 people taking part across all races.
