Constitution Day is a Cambodian public holiday that celebrates the Cambodian government’s transformation to a constitutional monarchy in 1993. It is a day of historical reflection and optimism for the future.

If September 24 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, a public holiday is observed on the Monday.
