Pinedale named “RANGER Country USA”

Green River Fishing
Pinedale, Wyoming with it’s rich “mountain man” heritage, history, breathtaking scenery, diverse wildlife, sensational skiing and easy access to the famed Jackson Hole area has been named “RANGER Country USA” celebrating the 1 millionth RANGER (farm utility vehicle) to roll off the assembly line.

Fishing is popular in Pinedale with trophy trout found in the Green and New Fork Rivers and backcountry lakes. The Green River Rendezvous in Pinedale is an annual celebration of the gathering of mountain men, trappers, and Indians in the 1800's in Wyoming with food, live music, beer and entertainment. The White Pine Ski Area offers excellent ski conditions and the Summit Peak 1 rises to an elevation of 9,500 feet showcasing spectacular views. For deep relaxation, there is Granite Hot Springs in the Gros Ventre Mountains.
