Brisbane premieres Pop-Up Drive-In

The river city’s famously delicious Eat Street Markets has added a ‘Pop Up’ Drive-In and Outdoor Cinema to its Northshore dining experience, transforming the popular eating hole into Brisbane’s coolest new date night locale. Contemporary releases and classic Hollywood blockbusters will screen centre stage with the retro cinema set to open on Friday and Saturday nights. Mid-week moviegoers will be able to catch a flick from the comfort of their car – or on a moon chair if they’re sans vehicle – every Wednesday through to Sunday during the upcoming summer holidays. Situated only minutes from Eat Street Markets (along Macarthur Avenue), with city vistas and the river as a magical backdrop, this Pop Up Drive-In is our tip for a top summer venue.
