NEW CENTRAL COAST MARKETING CAMPAIGN

Central Coast
An additional $120,000 in funding will help the Central Coast recover from recent storms by promoting the region as an ideal short break destination. Minister for Trade, Tourism and Major Events Stuart Ayres said “This additional support is great news for local operators, adding to the already announced funding under the NSW Government’s Regional Visitor Economy Fund."

"It also helps further drive visitation during traditionally quieter periods," Mr Ayres said.

A new ‘Winter Escapes’ campaign went into market last week, using digital display, social, search and content advertising to promote the region, and with additional funding to be directed to further campaigns rolling out later this year, the aim is to see more visitors go to the region.

The ‘Winter Escapes’ campaign uses images and video highlighting Central Coast experiences, three-night accommodation deals and great rates on activities to appeal to potential visitors.
