"Time Out's Awards pay tribute to the places we love to visit and the chefs who are delighting our palates without costing us the earth,’’ said Freya Herring, Time Out Sydney’s Restaurants & Cafes Editor. “But we also have awards for the extremes – high-end restaurants, cheap eats – plus the city's best cafés too."
"The Time Out Food Awards are about celebrating excellent but also accessible restaurant culture," said Larissa Dubecki,
Time Out Melbourne’s Restaurant Critic. "In Melbourne we are blessed with a huge number of top-class affordable restaurants – places that Time Out's readers love to visit every week, not just on special occasions – and the scene is getting more exciting every year."
The Time Out Food Awards are an industry-recognized celebration of talent, voted on by independent editors and reviewers.
The Awards are an incredibly fun night out and an opportunity for the restaurant industry to rub shoulders with the people who love their food.
Joining the celebration so far are Appletiser Sparkling Apple, Yenda beer and Cargo Crew Apparel.
