BENNELONG IS BACK

The new Bennelong restaurant at the Sydney Opera House has re-opened, boosting the hospitality and tourism offering at one of Australia’s most iconic locations. The highly-anticipated restaurant, operated by the Fink Group, has Peter Gilmore as Executive Chef, with a promise to showcase the very best Australian food, wine and service in one of the most famous buildings in the world.

“The Sydney Opera House is synonymous with modern Australia. We are celebrating the beauty of this iconic space, with its extraordinary architecture, by presenting the very best in Australian cuisine,” said Executive Chef Peter Gilmore. “There are many different ways to experience Bennelong, but the focus throughout is on the diversity and incredible quality of produce sourced from all around the country. We are looking forward to taking our diners on an unforgettable culinary journey at the Opera House.”

Diners will be able to choose from Chef Gilmore’s unique take on Australian cuisine on the lower restaurant level or a more casual Cured & Cultured menu served on the central and upper tiers. A bar and seating on the top level is ideal for theatre-goers while ‘The Kitchen’ is a special space where guests can enjoy a backstage look at the restaurant chefs at work as well as the spectacular views across Sydney Harbour.
