Hosted by Thredbo’s head chef, Sebastian Doyle, the evening features an exquisite five-course meal, each course expertly paired with craft beer, wine, and cocktails. Saturday, January 25th: Festival Day in the Village Square
The Village Square transforms into a hub of culinary excitement. From the region’s top restaurateurs, brewers, and distillers to live performances by Sean from H-Cee Family, Saturday is all about savoring and celebrating. This family-friendly event is free to attend, making it an ideal day out for all.

Saturday Evening: Meet the Maker
From 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the Lounge Bar invites spirit enthusiasts to a special ‘Meet the Maker’ event. Guests can explore new spirits in a relaxed setting, connecting with the artisans behind the creations.

Sunday, January 26th: Brews and BBQs at the Alpine Bar
The festival concludes on a high note with Brews and BBQs at the Alpine Bar. From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, enjoy craft beers perfectly paired with BBQ classics while listening to live music by local favorites Damo & V (12:00 PM - 2:30 PM) and Groove Two (2:45 PM - 5:45 PM). It’s the perfect finale to a weekend of indulgence.
