NEW MUSIC FESTIVAL FOR WHITE BAY

White Bay Power Station will host Sydney’s next free music festival, Power Up, which will celebrate the creativity of local talent with more than 100 artists and 200 musicians and performers set to take the stage. 

The Boiler House will feature DJs, choirs, orchestras and bands. 

The Turbine Hall will hold family workshops. 

The headline act will be ARIA-winning singer-songwriter Josh Pyke who grew up around the corner from White Bay Power Station. 

Visitors can also view finalists for the 14th GreenWay Art Prize. 

The Power Up Festival is the second free public event to be held at White Bay Power Station and will run from 20-22 September 2024. 

The NSW Government is developing a long-term strategy for the building to ensure that it becomes a cultural asset for future generations.
