Sommerro, Villa Inkognito, Oslo |
Norway’s capital, Oslo is located on the country’s southern coast at the head of the Oslofjord.
It’s known for its green spaces and museums, many of which are on the Bygdøy Peninsula, including the waterside Norwegian Maritime Museum and the Viking Ship Museum, with Viking ships from the 9th century.
Villa Inkognito is an ‘urban retreat’ situated next door to Sommerro in the heart of Frogner in Oslos West End.
It is housed in a private residence dating back to 1870, that then became the Algerian embassy.
The 11-suite will offer opulent living rooms, including a library, snug room, meeting-and dining room space, an open kitchen, an intimate bar, a fitness room in the basement and an outdoor area.
The interior design is the work of award-winning firm Greco- Deco, who have embellished the spaces with a mix of antiques, original artwork, decorative details and classic Scandinavian furnishings.
