In addition to imported Manchego and artisan cheeses and a selection of cold cuts including Ibérico ham (jamón), Spanish sausage (chorizo) and chicken ham, the buffet offers a healthy Mediterranean salad bar with a selection of Spanish olive oils, mixed olives and pickles.
The dinner is topped off with desserts such as homemade Spanish and Thai pastries and ice-creams.
