- Briefing and training for all employees regarding COVID-19 to ensure strict personal hygiene standards
- Policies for guests and employees returning from restricted areas or who are unwell
- Policies for employee interactions with any guest who may become unwell
- Up-to-date medical contact information available for guests and employees’ personnel
As the current circumstances may have affected your travel plans, we have updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide more flexibility and peace of mind. For guests with existing or new reservations*, we are allowing changes or cancellations without penalty up to 24 hours prior to arrival, for stays between March 17, 2020 and April 30, 2020.
