Thank you to everyone who has contacted us and shared their excitement of the festival being postponed. We are working hard with all parties involved to ensure we can have the very best Trundle ABBA Festival celebration in October.
Some frequently asked questions we have received are:
Will my ticket transfer to the 17th October 2020?
All tickets (including Glamping, Camping and Train bookings) will automatically transfer to the 17th October 2020. If you have booked through a private group please contact them directly.
Can I get a refund?
Yes you can get a refund up until 22nd April 2020. After this date you will not be entitled to a refund as per the tickets terms and conditions.
Can I get a partial refund?
Unfortunately you won’t be able to obtain a partial refund. If someone on your booking can’t attend we will refund the entire booking and then help you rebook. (If you have a specific seat booked on the train/reserved seats etc. you won't loose your spot).
What if the festival has to be cancelled?
If we are required to cancel the festival on the 17th October 2020 we will refund your booking as per the tickets terms and conditions.
Can I still purchase merchandise as I can’t go on the new date?
Yes you can, please contact us and we can organise to get the merchandise to you. The Trundle CWA Branch would love your support in buying merchandise. All money raised from selling merchandise will be donated to the Trundle CWA throughout the year.
Should I book my ticket now for 17th October 2020?
Yes, booking your tickets early helps us ensure we can cater for you. The more notice we have the easier it is for us to ensure there is enough catering, toilets, seating etc to go around.
Lastly, we would like to thank 123 Tix for their continued support and advice through this time. We would like to ask everyone to please show patience and respect in this time. We understand it's stressful at the moment, but we are all in this together.
Thank you
Trundle ABBA Festival
