Starters, salads and more substantial mains aim at sustenance, style and satisfaction without weighing you down!

Take a break from your day bed by the VIP Ocean Pool to try their Carpaccio De Thon with delicate truffle dressing, crisp capers and pine nut Gremolata over a salad of celery and asparagus. If you can’t resist the carbs you may as well make the most of St Tropez’s crispy wood fired pizzas. Impossibly light and crispy bases feature gourmet toppings to rival any Riviera restaurant. St Tropez’s signature Octopus Pizza showcases flavours from The Med with pickled squid, pepperonata, plump Kalamatas and saffron aioli. Might as well seal the deal with some sweet seduction from the dessert menu. St Tropez’s Seven Sins of Chocolate is wickedly addicitve - seven textures of choc caramel cake topped with hot poured, white chocolate and coconut sauce? Of course you can!

Dine in sophisticated style downstairs then amble upstairs to enjoy unsurpassed sunset views from St Tropez’s Rooftop Bar. Bigger and better than before, The Rooftop Bar takes evening drinks to the next level, affording uninterrupted, 180 degree views of the coastline from The Bukit to Batu Bolong and beyond. It’s the money shot as far as vistas go, adding a wow factor to any sized affair from intimate sunset cocktail evenings to birthdays, after work gatherings and more. Open from 3pm with resident vocalist and DJ performing nightly.
