Overlooking the grand vistas of Northern California’s coastline, The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay has opened two brand-new meeting spaces - “Pescadero” and “Moss Beach” - in addition to the complete renovation of its existing event facilities. The new Pescadero room is 1,691 square feet of board-room style space and can accommodate 30-210 guests. While the Moss Beach venue, located on the second level, is 675 square feet with a capacity of 24-50 guests. The new modern classic design, inspired by the dramatic Pacific Ocean and beaches of the Northern California coast, incorporates shades of the ocean, setting suns, and shapes of sea plant life. Wall coverings in hues of silver and gray, which are adorned with sconces reminiscent of earth elements, are illuminated by the stunning gilded chandeliers. The combined expansion of meeting space and renovation brings the iconic luxury resort’s meeting spaces to 35,000 square feet, the most of any luxury Bay Area resort.
