GRAND HYATT MELBOURNE CONTINUES TO OFFICIALLY SUPPORT THE AUSTRALIAN OPEN TENNIS TOURNAMENT

Grand Hyatt Melbourne has been a valued partner of the Australia Open for over 20 years, and the Victorian Government has engaged the hotel on behalf of Tennis Australia as an accommodation provider for the Australia Open 2021 participants.

For the safety of the Victorian community, the hotel premises, accommodation rooms, venue spaces, dining outlets and gymnasium will be closed to the public, and will reopen on 31 January 2021.

The Victorian Government’s partnership with Grand Hyatt Melbourne significantly contributes to enabling the Australian Open to proceed forward in a manner which maximises community safety, whilst ensuring the integrity of the event.

The safety and wellbeing of our guests, customers, colleagues and community is a top priority for Grand Hyatt Melbourne and we remain committed to enhanced and rigorous levels of hygiene and cleanliness protocols.

Grand Hyatt Melbourne looks forward to welcoming guests and customers back to the hotel from the 31 January 2021, with our established operational excellence and commitment to care.
