According to Malaysia Airlines Head of Network & Revenue Management, Shihaj Abdulla Kutty, “The Australia/New Zealand segment of our network remains an important market for our operations, especially for the connectivity it provides on the Kangaroo route to and from Europe. With the switching over to the latest fuel-efficient A330 aircraft on all our routes between Australia and Kuala Lumpur, we have also adjusted some flight timings and days of operations to provide better connectivity for our customers traveling beyond Kuala Lumpur.”
“The upgrade of aircraft to the A330-300 for the Australia sector will enable our guests to have a more comfortable journey with state-of-the-art in-flight amenities, complemented by our signature Malaysian Hospitality delivered by the world’s best cabin staff. For guests travelling long-haul from Australia and onwards to London and Paris, they will essentially be travelling on the new A330s out of Australia, and connecting to the new A380 at Kuala Lumpur all the way to Europe. It’s Malaysia Airlines’ latest product offering all the way!”
