Australia’s Bernard Tomic joins Spaniard Fernando Verdasco,
American John Isner and the French pair of Richard Gasquet and Gael Monfils as
confirmed starters for the Apia International Sydney 2013 tennis tournament.
The line-up of the biggest personalities in men’s tennis is
expected to be a big drawcard for the event as the men challenge world No.7 Jo
Wilfried-Tsonga for the prestigious title this January.
The mass sign-up of men’s talent ensures one of the
strongest and entertaining fields assembled in Sydney in recent memory.
Apia International Sydney 2013, proudly supported by
Destination NSW, will take place at Sydney Olympic Park Tennis Centre from 6-12
January 2013.
